Middle Colenso Farm, its three holiday cottages and Flat 1, The Bell Tower are all available for location hire for photo shoots and filming.

The farm dates back to the mid-18th century and is centred on a handsome granite farmhouse. In addition, there are three holiday cottages, a barn, a Pilates and fitness studio and grounds of just over an acre which include a large lawn, exotic planting, a walled vegetable and flower garden, greenhouse, pond and boules court.

The main house has been featured in numerous interiors publications including Country Living, Homes & Antiques The Telegraph Magazine, The Simple Things, Red, Good Homes, Country Homes & Interiors and Magnolia, Decorated in a modern rustic style, it features exposed stone walls and wooden floors and is filled with mid-century modern design classics and books.

We have a 1959 Jaguar XK150 drop head coupe which is also available for hire.

Retreats

As well as photo shoots and filming, Middle Colenso Farm also lends itself well to events such as workshops and retreats. As well as our own fitness retreat, bestselling author Katherine May and author and writing coach Penny Wincer have hosted their own events here.
