Pilates and fitness holidays
Our holidays provide you with the opportunity to unwind and recharge your body whether you’re a beginner or seasoned exercise enthusiast.
Our scheduled Pilates and fitness breaks run from Friday evening to Sunday evening. Each weekend will be different depending on the number of participants and their preferences but will typically include classes in the studio as well as individual sessions. Limited numbers mean everyone receives the attention they need.
Weather permitting, there will also be the opportunity exercise outdoors. This could be a workout on the Fitness Tree by the boules court, Pilates on the lawn or a run or swim at a nearby location such as Prussia Cove or the South West Coast Path.
There will be optional activities such as guided walks, cycle rides, surfing or stand up paddle boarding. There will also be plenty of time to explore the surrounding area, including the iconic St Michael’s Mount and nearby St Ives.
The purpose-built studio, with its sprung wooden floor, can comfortably accommodate up to six people at any one time.
It has a range of Pilates equipment including:
Pilates mats and small props such as magic circles, foam rollers and resistance bands
Balanced Body Pilates Springboards
Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformer and Tower
The studio is also equipped with a range fitness equipment including:
TRX suspension trainers
WaterRower rowing machine
BOSU balance trainer
Two nights' accommodation in one of our three boutique holiday cottages
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Pilates and/or fitness classes
Exclusive use of the Barn (pictured left)
Pick up and drop off at our local railway station, St Erth if required

Prices start at £350 for a shared twin room and shared bathroom.
Stay Sunday night for an extra £50 per person self-catering
Bring your dog by prior arrangement. A pet supplement of £30 applies.
